Returns and Refunds

Returns
Our returns policy expires after 30 days.  After this time, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Please email us at hello@ijopower.com to notify us of your wish to return.  We will provide return instructions.  Please do not send your purchase back until you have received specific instructions. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your return, we will notify you of your refund.  All applicable refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will be refunded back to your original method of payment.  Please note that although the refund will be processed from our end, it can take several days to return to your account, depending on your bank’s policy.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially registered.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email at hello@ijopower.com. 


Shipping
To return your product, you should email hello@ijopower.com We will then provide you will a shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  For smaller value items, you can obtain a “proof of posting” from the Royal Mail.

 

What to do if your product is damaged

If you believe your product has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. All goods ordered as stated on the delivery will be deemed to have been delivered and accepted if we are not contacted within 5 working days. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the buyer at the time of delivery.

If item(s) are found to be damaged upon arrival the delivery note must be signed for as ‘Damaged on Arrival’ in the remarks or signature line. This will be primary documentation used to make a claim.

If item(s) are found to be damaged after the delivery note is signed, then no claim can be made against the courier or Ijo Power. Please ensure goods are checked thoroughly upon arrival as you are signing to confirm they are in good condition unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that products are found to be damaged inside the packaging then please contact us immediately at hello@ijopower.com.

All claims are fully investigated by our Returns Department. Ijo Power holds no guarantee of refund or replacement if it cannot be proved that the product was damaged in transit. They must be made within 5 working days of delivery if a product is deemed to be damaged on arrival providing the following information is provided:

  • Order/shipment number
  • Photographic evidence of the items, including packaging
